Maria has been a professional dancer for 10 years, finding movement a powerful way to connect with the body. As an instructor, she inspires others through technical, challenging classes focused on alignment. Expect great tunes, fun vibes, and an intense booty burn. Maria believes in the privilege of movement and makes her classes accessible to all levels.

Annick
Annick has spent the last ten years across 4 different countries learning about the brain while supplementing her studies by teaching fitness. Now, drawing on her neuroscience background and years as a fitness instructor, she integrates her deep understanding of the brain and nervous system into each class. Her approach aims not only to strengthen the body but also to enhance well-being and foster a strong mind-body connection. Expect to feel recharged and leave her classes with a sense of balance and inner strength.

Nick
G'day , I'm Nick and I started coaching in Australia, 17 years ago. As a PT, nutritionist, and S&C coach, coaching has taken me all over the world and 8 years ago, I made Berlin my home.
I've worked with Hollywood actors, stunt teams, professional athletes and sports teams at the highest level.
But my real passion is coaching group fitness.
I love to create an environment where I can push my clients beyond their perceived limits. I've also been told my playlists are amazing so if you can catch your breath, you can sing along.

Hey, I’m Ellie! I teach Pilates and I’m all about strength, movement, and building self-belief. I love helping people tap into their body’s power through fun, dynamic classes. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and totally empowered!

Originally from the US, Emily has been living in Berlin for six years and brings nearly a decade of fitness coaching experience. Known for her great music playlists and dynamic training sessions, she’s passionate about showing people that lifting heavier weights is for everyone, helping clients build both strength and confidence.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Hermione is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and push their limits. At KORE, her coaching style blends technical precision with high energy, ensuring every session is both challenging and empowering. With a strong focus on form, performance, and progression, Hermione creates an inclusive and motivating environment where every client - whether beginner or advanced - can build confidence and see results. Here is me, your new friend! I’ve been coaching for 8 years, but my journey with pilates and functional training started when I was 14. After my time as a corporate girlie, I fully dedicated myself to helping others find balance, strength, and confidence through mindful movement in their bodies, minds, and souls. My classes are all about helping YOU push past what you thought possible with precision, one session at a time. Ofc, no session is complete without the perfect playlist. So expect to move, sweat, and scream and shout and let it all out!

Hi, I’m Mariza! Half German, half Portuguese, and all about sunshine and the ocean. I coach Strength, Sculpt, and Hot Sculpt at KORE - expect high energy, bouncy beats, and that deep muscle burn you secretly love. My passion? Getting you out of your head and into your body, pushing limits, and finding strength in discomfort. Off the mat, you’ll catch me sipping matcha, digging for vintage treasures, or running to fast techno by the water.

Mia is passionate about the connection between movement, strength, and well-being, and believes that feeling strong - both physically and mentally - is something everyone should experience.
She loves merging the precision of Pilates with the intensity of weight training. For her, it’s the perfect fusion of strength and control.

Hi, I am Amelie!
As a psychology student as well as a certified Pilates instructor I strongly believe in a holistic approach to health. Accordingly, I adore the possibility to help my clients explore their mental and physical capabilities in a communal setting. Combined with my passion for form, creativity and different styles of music one can expect a lively class atmosphere to support everyone‘s strength journey.

From Shanghai to Berlin, Maggie brings her love for Pilates to all. To her, our mind-body connection is the key to finding balance in life. loving the city especially for it's diverse fitness scene and culture.
But for me nothing compares to lifting heavy and I believe that strength training is one of the best things you can do for both body and mind, unlocking a true sense of power and showing what your body is able to do!
In my classes you can expect some groovy tunes and an uplifting atmosphere that will make you forget about those heavy weights (until your next plank).
