What to expect from our classes?

During our 50-minute signature class, you can expect a full-body workout that starts with exercises targeting your arms and gradually moves down to work all major muscle groups. We'll guide you through a series of compound movements, which are designed to maximize efficiency by engaging multiple muscles at once, helping you get stronger and see results. You’ll also be using weights throughout the class, which can be adjusted based on your personal strength level, making the workout adaptable for everyone from beginners to advanced participants. Get ready for a challenging, yet rewarding, experience!

What do I need to bring?

Since we’re in a pop-up location, we’re keeping things simple and cozy! Please come ready in your gym gear, as there are no showers at the moment. Our classes are all done without shoes, and we do have grooming products and changing rooms available to freshen up afterward.

Who can participate in our classes?

All fitness levels are welcome! We offer modifications to suit everyone, whether you want a challenge or need to ease in. Just let your trainer know about any injuries or limitations. For any medical conditions, please check with your doctor first.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel your class online at least 12 hours before it starts to avoid losing your class credit. This also helps us offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Arrive at the studio in your workout gear and ready to go at least 5 minutes before class begins.

Late Policy

To respect everyone's time, we have a strict policy against late arrivals. We ask first timers to arrive 10 minutes ahead, while regular attendees should be here no later than 5 minutes before the class begins. Once class is in session, the doors will be locked, and unfortunately, latecomers will not be able to join. Thank you!

Booking via ClassPass

All bookings and cancellations via ClassPass must be managed through their platform, not ours. If you experience any problems, please contact ClassPass support directly, as we do not have the ability to make modifications.
