FIRST TIMERS
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get comfortable and remember to bring socks, as we’re a no-shoe studio.
If you have any injuries or concerns, let our trainers know – they’re here to help.
Please note that we currently don't have showers in the first phase of opening.
