Sculpt your body with medium to heavier weights and controlled movements, targeting every muscle for a full-body burn. Strengthen, tone, and define.

HOT PILATES

Sweat it out in a heated room with a blend of Pilates and sculpting movements, designed to challenge your core, strength, and flexibility

FIRST TIMERS

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get comfortable and remember to bring socks, as we’re a no-shoe studio.

If you have any injuries or concerns, let our trainers know – they’re here to help.

Please note that we currently don't have showers in the first phase of opening.
