THE METHOD

At KORE, we combine smart movement with proven strength-training techniques to give you a full-body workout that’s both fun and effective.

Our method focuses on high-intensity, low-impact exercises, using heavier weights and thoughtful sequencing to sculpt, strengthen, and energize.
Planks are our signature move (get ready to love them!), and we mix in compound exercises that work your body from all angles - keeping you challenged and coming back for more.

Expect 50 minutes of energizing, non-stop intensity! You’ll start with a standing warm-up to ease into the class, then work through four blocks of targeted strength training, always coming back to our signature plank series. We lay out your weights and guide you through a flow that peaks mid-class with heavy lifts and slow, controlled movements. Get ready to feel strong, sweaty, and empowered - with upbeat, motivating music to keep you moving!

WHAT TO EXPECT

FIRST TIMERS

We’d love for you to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can get comfortable before class begins. As a no-shoe studio, don’t forget to bring a pair of socks to wear. Since we're a pop-up location, showers aren’t available, but you can still freshen up afterward with some lovely refreshments from kruut.

If you have any injuries or concerns, please let our trainers know beforehand - they’re here to support you and ensure your workout is both safe and enjoyable. We’re excited to have you with us!
